Let Me Introduce Myself
I am a trained pastry chef with 13 years of experience in restaurants, with 7 years baking and decorating cakes. My recipes come from my family's time in Charleston, SC; Pensacola, FL and sunny California. Recently, I seem to have been crowned the Couture Cupcake Queen of Minot.
My family is currently stationed in Minot, ND. We will be here for about four years. I specialize in cakes as small as a tiny 4 inch round cake for 4 people to a five tier wedding cake for hundreds. I believe in quality first, I will never serve a cake I wouldn't serve to family.
