Let Me Introduce Myself
I am a trained pastry chef with 13 years of experience in restaurants, with 7 years baking and decorating cakes. My recipes come from my family's time in Charleston, SC; Pensacola, FL and sunny California. I seem to have been crowned the Couture Cupcake Queen of Minot and now I am starting to teach classes for Wilton in Colorado Springs.
My family is currently stationed in Colorado Springs, CO. I specialize in cakes as small as a tiny 4 inch round cake for 4 people to a five tier wedding cake for hundreds. I believe in quality first, I will never serve a cake I wouldn't serve to family.
I have decided it is time to focus on perfecting basic techniques and having fun creating new delicious creations. I hope that being your teacher I can inspire you to create amazing desserts as well! Now get your apron on...It's time to get messy!
